The White Farmhouse

We have just completed painting the exterior on this beautiful farmhouse in Greenwich CT. This house is so striking because of its massive size and its white color palette. We love the feel of homes with simple wood trim around the windows without shutters. This style is becoming more and more popular, specially for farm style homes. We also love how the home calls attention to simple details like the stained ceiling of the porch and portico in the back. Another nice feature is the balcony railings that give this home an old world feel to it. We gave the bottom of the balcony a little splash of color by adding a medium grey color to it.
