Responsibilities
- Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
- Communicate directly with customers and crews to align project requirements
- Manage quality control throughout project timeline to insure job completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain honest and positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Continually promote the quality, value, and reputation of Palette Pro
- Manage routine and tasks in an efficient, organized manner
